Happy 1st mommy's day to Leigh!! Miss you lots and hope it is a great one.For four days, I have had one child. C.A. had his surgery on Thursday and has not been allowed (per the doctor) to be around other children during his recovery. So...the other two thirds have been staying elsewhere. The last few days (though I missed C.M. and A.M.) have been amazing. I TRULY have enjoyed focusing on just HIM. No interruptions, No arguments, No drama....just us and our little boy. In the almost four years they have been alive there have only been a handful of opportunities to spend this much time with one of the triplets alone. There have been many "outings" that they have attended one their own but never for an extended period of time. This has been a weekend full of bonding. I have decided that I am going to make it a point this summer to spend one on one quality time (overnights) with each child. Yes, they are triplets but they ARE also individuals. I am looking forward to this special time. Love U, C.A. - you are and will always my peanut and the fighter of the trio.
C.A. had his surgery yesterday and everything went well. :) Today he moving around like nothing happened...except for the nosebleeds he gets every once and awhile. The doctor said that he can't run around, play outside or with friends for a week. Seeing that he is TRIPLET I knew that was going to be a challenge. A big THANK YOU to Nauna, Grandma and Aunt Jess who are taking turns the next few days with the other two. Basically, they are bouncing from house to house for a few nights so C.A. can have a chance to recover without them.
I need ideas and "how to help." The layout for my blog and unoriginal. I am NOT sure how to change it (to something fun) or what it should look like. Any help would be appreciated. :)
